Golf Outing Registration Choices PayPal is set up below to register for ONE PERSON ($100), register a Foursome ($400), and/or
to sponsor a hole ($150) for the 2011 OVSCC Golf Outing by Credit Card. If you wish to register more than
one person, but not a foursome, please complete the process for registering ONE golfer as many times as needed, but specify
in the registration who you are registering with, so we can add you together to complete a foursome.
If you wish to Sponsor a Hole, please email julie.moser@onassignment.com to secure a hole and to let us know how you wish to
